ShellRack was founded in 2014 with a simple belief: that small and medium businesses in Delhi/NCR deserved the same quality of IT support that large enterprises enjoyed — without the enterprise price tag.

What started as a two-person helpdesk operation has grown into a full-service managed IT provider, supporting over 200 businesses across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and beyond. Through every stage of that growth, our commitment to responsiveness, transparency and genuine partnership has never wavered.
